The yearly review process can be a drag. We were asked to bring awareness to the event and pass the word to a far flung and previously unengaged network of organizations. To do this, we focused on growth and mobility. To maintain interest, we created a variety of visual reminders including traditional posters and static stickers to grab attention on glass office walls. To make it really stick, we overhauled the review website, improving the UI and information architecture.

the project succeeded in focusing employees and managers on the positive aspects of the review, leading to an impressive 40% increase in response rate.
